Shipping

Where do you ship? Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery may take up to 10 business days after dispatch; express delivery may take up to 7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $79.

Products

How long does it keep? Borscht — 6 months sealed. Pastila — 3 months in a cool, dry place.

How do I cook the borscht? Add 250–300 ml boiling water, stir, and wait 10–15 minutes.

Allergens? Borscht contains celery. All products are gluten-free and dairy-free. Pastila is vegan with no added sugar. No MSG or preservatives in anything we make.

Is it spicy? No — it has a traditional savoury Ukrainian flavour.

Vegetarian option? Yes — Green Beans Borscht. All SunKiss pastila is vegan.

Orders

Returns? For food safety reasons, change-of-mind returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only when the product is unopened, sealed and in its original undamaged packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, unsafe or not as described, email info@livetaste.com.au with your order number and photos. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited.
